- “Legislation and Regulation,” a first-year required course at Harvard Law School with 80 students enrolled.
- This course introduces first-year law students to statutes and regulations to help them see how lawyers approach these topics. Rakoff uses case studies to teach students both abstract concepts and concrete skills.
